Current Projects

Honeycombes has gained an impressive reputation as an industry leader in mixed use developments and staged urban renewal projects in key Queensland centres, such as the $252 million redevelopment of the iconic Myer building in Brisbane - Coorparoo Square, the $450 million multi-stage master planned Central development in inner-city Townsville and the $172 million luxury Harbour Lights apartment project on the Cairns waterfront.

In the past 10 years, Honeycombes has undertaken more than 20 multi-million dollar joint-venture projects and has many projects currently in the pipeline.

COORPAROO SQUARE

Located in the heart of Coorparoo, Coorparoo Square is a mixed-used development that has revitalised the former site of Queensland's first Myer department store.

The retail and residential precinct has created a dynamic community hub that is responsive to the emerging urban landscape of Coorparoo.

Containing a mix of apartment types, the precinct has been architectually designed to maximise views out of the apartments while maintaining privacy between the three buildings.

CENTRAL

Central is a $450 million master planned development in Townsville’s CBD that is transforming the inner-city rail yards into a thriving residential, dining and entertainment lifestyle precinct.

The precinct has converted Townsville CBD’s west sector into an energy-filled, self-sufficient and exclusive new village community. The mixed-use project is situated on the banks of Ross Creek and features one, two and three bedroom contemporary apartments integrated with retail and commercial zones including cafes, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

LIVERPOOL PLACE

Upon completion, Liverpool Place will be located in Central, south of the CQU campus.

Liverpool Place is the third commercial building released in the $450 million mixed-use  development over the last five years, joining NQN House and Central Queensland University.

The 6,150 square meter building will accommodate the ATO’s 320 employees who will also benefit from the precinct’s existing infrastructure including restaurants, shops, gyms and cinemas.

Eight on Thomas

Located in the heart of Chermside, Eight on Thomas offers sophisticated open-plan living residences. An architecturally designed project that rises 12 storeys, each apartment with superior fixtures, fittings and finishes complementing expansive balconies that flow seamlessly from spacious living and dining areas. The apartments reside above a ground floor and mezzanine retail level and an on-site manager’s residence and office.

Just 10km from the CBD in the retail epicentre of Chermside, Eight on Thomas combines the convenience of the city with the serenity of the suburbs.
