FERNY GROVE CENTRAL
Ferny Grove Central is transforming the current bitumen car park at the "end of the line" into a suburban destination and a vibrant hub containing shopping and entertainment offerings for the local community.
Working alongside the Department of Transport and Main Roads, this Transit Oriented Development (TOD) will provide improved amenity for commuters and the wider Ferny Grove community and includes new transport facilities, landscaped pedestrian plazas and an air conditioned retail plaza along with improved vehicle and pedestrian connections.
The new commuter car park (Stage 1) was finished in late 2023, with Stage 2 (comprising apartments, more car parking and retail) due for completion in late 2025.
THE FERNERY
Adjacent to Ferny Grove Central, The Fernery is a vibrant collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The Fernery has been thoughtfully designed for modern-day living. Flooded with natural light, residences feature flexible, open plan living to create spaces of sophistication and comfort.
Communal amenities are second to none with a recreational rooftop deck and pool, secure parking and abundant outdoor dining. Vertical gardens, landscaped corridors and serene open spaces work to transform The Fernery into a green oasis.
The Fernery is due for completion in mid-2025.
CENTRAL
Central is a $450 million master planned development in Townsville’s CBD that is transforming the inner-city rail yards into a thriving residential, dining and entertainment lifestyle precinct.
The precinct has converted Townsville CBD’s west sector into an energy-filled, self-sufficient and exclusive new village community. The mixed-use project is situated on the banks of Ross Creek and features one, two and three bedroom contemporary apartments integrated with retail and commercial zones including cafes, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
