Richard was the joint founder of SR Wallace & Wallace Solicitors and practiced in commercial, business and property law.

Richard is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. He holds an MBA from Deakin University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter began his career with Jones Lang Wootton’s Brisbane office, specialising in CBD developments and new projects before joining the family firm of Honeycombes Property Group in 1991. Peter is a member of the Board of Directors of Townsville Enterprise Limited, the peak economic development and destination marketing organisation for the North Queensland region. He is accredited with the Institute of Valuers and Land Economists and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew joined Honeycombes in 2012 as Director - Commercial and is a member of the Executive Team. He is responsible for providing strategic legal and commercial advice to the Board and Managing Director across all facets of the business. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business, a Bachelor of Laws and a Queensland Solicitors Practicing. Andrew is also responsible for the management of the Development Team.

With more than 8 years working with Honeycombes, Wendy is responsible for the finance and accounting operations at Honeycombes. Wendy is committed to developing systems that mitigate risk and enhance profitability for the company and our Joint Venture partners.

Matthew is a Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering complex and challenging projects within both the public and private sectors. Matt has been involved as a Project Manager in the delivery of various high density residential developments throughout Brisbane.

Providing top level support for Honeycombes’ executive team, Raelene Bolger has an extensive background in administration. Raelene is responsible for calendar, email and travel management for the team.

As the Management Accountant for Honeycombes, Carina plays a key role within the finance team. Her primary responsibilities include the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting, payroll functions in addition to assisting the Financial Controller with the daily financial operations of the group.

Brent Hailey has more than thirty years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in residential development, civil engineering and strategic management. Brent was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Devine Limited, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Villa World Limited and a former State President of UDIA (Qld).

Vanessa manages both corporate and project aspects of Honeycombes’ day to day activities. Devoted to instilling integrity and strong values into the business and is focused on building sound and lasting relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

With an extensive background in design, Vanessa has been actively involved in Honeycombes’ projects for over 20 years with input into design, form and finish outcomes.

Nigel has over 25 years’ experience in construction and project management of a large diversity of projects in the private and public sector and at both contractor and client levels.  At Honeycombes Nigel is responsible for the successful construction delivery of all projects including residential, retail and commercial developments all generally delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Sharon commenced her career in the Property Division of Queensland Rail and as the Principal Projects Officer she was responsible for the disposal of many major parcels of land throughout the State. After 20 years of service Sharon moved to Stockwell Developments as a Development Manager and over 10 years she delivered a range of projects. In her role at Honeycombes as a Development Manager, Sharon brings a diverse range of property knowledge from her experience in both the private and public property sectors.

Blair has over 17 years’ experience overseeing Honeycombes residential projects, and specifically develops sales and marketing strategies which translate into measurable sales of projects. Through research and reporting on external opportunities, Blair possesses a thorough understanding of the development process and delivery.

With a strong background in corporate and property marketing, Aimee was well placed to deliver sustainable project development and organisational focused solutions.

With over 15 years in the residential real estate industry, Shannon commenced with Honeycombes as Asset Manager in 2018. Shannon overseas all aspects of the management of Honeycombes’ Asset portfolio.
