Central,

Townsville

Central is a $450 million master planned development in Townsville's CBD that is transforming the inner-city rail yards into a thirving lifestyle precinct.

Set along the banks of the Ross Creek, Central includes several residential developments all integrated with retail, commercial, dining and entertainment.

The development takes its cue from successful inner-city renewal projects such as Brisbane’s South Bank and James Street precincts. It will convert Townsville CBD’s west sector into an energy-filled, self-sufficient and exclusive new village community and is home to commercial tenants including North Queensland News, CQU Campus and will soon welcome over 300 ATO employees.

Central Village, the dining and entertainment hub of Central, includes a 5-theatre 780-seat Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinema as well as national and international retailers including Hog's Breath Cafe, Guzman Y Gomez and sushi sensation, Sushi Kiyo.

Visit the CENTRAL LIVING website for more details on tenant promotions and leasing opportunities.
