Situated along Brisbane’s CBD eastern fringe, Coorparoo Square is a $252 million redevelopment of  the iconic Myer building in Coorparoo. The award winning mixed-use development includes 366 residential apartments, 6,000 sqm of retail space and entertainment.

Honeycombes partnered with Frasers Property Australia to deliver this exciting project over three stages, and together transformed this extraordinary development into the new heart of Coorparoo. The landmark precinct has redefined the heritage rich suburb of Coorparoo through the urban renewal of what was previously Queensland’s first Myer building.

In 2019, Coorparoo Square was recognised and rewarded by the Property Council of Australia with the prestigious award of Best Mixed Use Development.
